About me:

I started working at Cognos in 1999 during the heyday of Impromptu and PowerPlay. From 2008 to 2018, I worked as a Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse consultant, helping government departments and businesses of all sizes get the most out of their investments in IBM Cognos, Microsoft SQL Server and related software. My current employer is Global Affairs Canada. I lead data analytics projects that support Canada’s global agenda and a rules-based international order.

Before embarking on a career in software, I worked in the printing industry and I served in the Canadian Naval Reserve. I am currently settled in Gatineau, Québec, Canada with my lovely wife and our two energetic boys.
